Kevin is at home playing both electric blues / rock guitar and piano based ballads.... but no cheesey ballads here just the sound of meloncholy in every chord !! Kevin is unashamed to write songs about lost love and the feelings of being apart from the one you love.. listen to the lyrics of 'Life Without You' to see how the lyrics and music combine to give you a sense of heartache. Kevin is currently playing keyboards for a top UK Roy Orbison tribute act ( many songs about lost love here too ) called Barry Steele and is touring the UK at present which means he doesn't have too much time for theKAB at the moment but is looking forward to release of his debut album. Kevin plays PRS Guitars almost exclusively and loves the sound and feel of them. The 'You Gave Me The Blues' album was recorded in Birmingham UK and is released on Defamation Records cat. no. DRCD782 and will be available as a CD and on iTunes. theKAB is NOT a blues band but only influenced by blues...hard to categorize really but leaning more towards rock I am currently rehearsing with the band between Roy Orbison tribute gigs on the 2nd album for release in 2011/2012
